Do I need to book an appointment?
No, you can come by anytime and spontaneously. Our opening hours are daily from 05.30-21.00 (including Sundays and holidays).
(You can ignore a suggested appointment from our booking tool).
What test and certificate do I need for my target destination?
Please check the IATA Travel Centre Website for more information
How long does it take to get the result?
The indicated test time corresponds to the response time after sample collection. You should only allow additional time for registration and payment on site (approx. 30 min.).
To shorten the waiting time on site considerably, we recommend registering in advance, e.g. at home.
In what way is testing done?
In RT-PCR testing, we offer nasopharyngeal and saliva lollipop (spit) testing. For the antigen test, a nasopharyngeal swab is performed.
For trouble-free travel, we recommend testing with a nasopharyngeal swab. For children under 12 years of age, we offer a saliva lolli RT-PCR test.
Nasopharyngeal swabs are carefully performed by experienced and medically trained professionals.
